please find an updated draft of the rules at
http://www.tzi.de/humanoid/bin/view/Website/Downloads - the major
change since the last draft is the definition of the updated and new
challenges, however there are some additional minor changes. All
changes since RoboCup 2011 are clearly marked for your convenience.
