[robocup-humanoid] Minor usability-update of the GameController

Dear all,

I have just released a new version of the RoboCup GameController on it's 
SourceForge home page:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/robocupgc/

Since the previous release only minor usability issues have been fixed.
Now only one penalty-type can be highlighted simultanously.
It can be delected by clicking again on the already highlighted area.
The same goes for the player controls.

Please use only this updated version, as it will be the official version 
used at the RoboCup 2010 in Singapore!
