This newsletter contains important information for RoboCup 2010 participants
with regard to: Shipping and Customs.

The following information is intended for teams carrying their robots to
Singapore.

*BEFORE 15TH OF JUNE*

ü Login to http://robocup.sg/participants/index.php
ü Create a list of your robot(s) and electrical equipments (Please provide
your robot’s type, e.g Middle Size)
ü Provide your flight information (arrival and departure)

*UPON ARRIVAL*

Present the following hardcopy documents to the customs officers at the
airport:

Ø Letter of Invitation
Ø Letter of Facilitation (it will be sent to you after you submit the list
of your robot(s) and equipments in the abovementioned webpage
Ø List of robot(s) and electrical equipments
Ø Photo image of the robot(s) and electrical equipments
