[robocup-small] Field Setup Update

Robocuppers,

Due to some unforeseen issues with the venue, the fields will not be ready
for practice tomorrow at 8am. Consider sleeping late and coming in the
afternoon, when we expect to have the fields ready for testing. The team
tables are setup if you would like to move your equipment in during the
morning.

Additionally, we will need some volunteers at 8am to assist us in securing
the carpet.
