[robocup-small] TDP Reviews

Hi,

Please keep in mind that the deadline for the TDP reviews is in 4 days.* To
be able to participate, every team has to submit meaningful and useful
reviews until February 9th*. In other words, the quality of the reviews
will also be considered.
