[robocup-humanoid] Short delay of the announcement of the qualification results

Dear Humanoid League,

the announcement of qualified teams that was planned for today has to be 
unfortunately postponed until the weekend. The Technical Committee has 
to sort out some last remaining issues before we can send out the 
qualification results to the teams. We hope to have all mails send out 
by the end of this weekend (Jan 29th).

We apologize for this delay!
