[robocup-humanoid] Reminder: Survey on rule changes in the Humanoid League

Dear Humanoid League Teams,

just a reminder that the Technical Committee's survey is only running
until this Friday, September 28th.

The feedback gathered from the survey will help determine the course
of the Humanoid League, esp. in regards to major modifications in the
rules for 2013.
