[robocup-humanoid] Decision About Teen/AdultSize Balls

Hi,

I think it is too late to change the ball now.

Furthermore, I have not heard that the local organizers have trouble getting
a beach handball.

So I think we should stick with the beach handball as specified in the
rules.
